Gord Enterprises

Gord Enterprises is the door for what fits nowhere. A company matching one of the group’s verticals goes to that vertical’s own Ventures arm, close to the deal flow and the operators; a company matching none is underwritten here rather than declined for want of a category.

That is not charity. It is how the group learns a vertical is forming: when enough companies accumulate in one direction, the direction becomes a vertical and earns an arm of its own. Two of the group’s current verticals started exactly this way.
