The hunt

Every property this office owns hides one word. Type flashy on any of them and it will show you its shard.

Tier I

Sealed 31 August 2026 — the 10 live at the time. A sealed tier stays solved: its set and its commitment never move, so an early finder’s proof is good forever and is the rare one. ef7ac8e8a169…

Enter them in the order listed — the order is the commitment’s, and the shards, read down the column, spell a line. The bolt strikes when the set is whole.

Tier II — forming

The estate has grown to 28 live properties. Tier II will ask for all of them — every property in Tier I plus the ones that arrived since — so the hunt gets strictly harder over time. It is not sealed yet: a tier is made permanent only once every one of its properties has been observed serving its word, because a tier sealed over a shard a finder cannot collect is the one mistake this design exists to prevent. Some of the newest properties do not hide a shard yet; each joins the tier only when it does, and until then the tier has no commitment to solve against.

The prize

A finder who holds a sealed set can prove it offline, to anyone, for as long as the commitment stands. Bring the proof to michael@gda.capital and we will settle what it is worth — the first person to do it gets to choose.

Tier I’s commitment is ef7ac8e8a169b874… — the sha256 of its 10 shards joined by hyphens, in the order listed above. Nothing in that digest reveals a shard, which is the point of one.
