Flashy Labs is the research and development arm of Flashy Group. It is a unit of that group rather than a peer of it, and rather than another name for it: the Group carries the vertical, its people and its revenue; Labs is where that group does its engineering.

It is where the code is written. The mesh, the identity layer, the ledger and the verifier are all built here, and the parts of them that are standards rather than products are released openly.

The releases are the argument: a group claiming to build infrastructure has to be checkable, and the fastest way to be checkable is to publish the thing.
